Hello! Welcome to Paint&Sip with Red! A new painting experience for you and I both! As some of you may know, tattooing for me is my absolute favorite thing to do, but lately the burnout has been real. For quite some time now, I have been debating on utilizing the space I rent next door to my shop for paint and sip nights, so here we are!

Please keep in mind, I am not a professional painter. Yes, I can paint, but I’ve never hosted paint and sips before, so this will be an experience for us both! I’ll provide all the art supplies you’ll need, so all you have to do is show up ready for a night of painting, sipping some bevs and watching me struggle to teach you how to paint 🖤

So come one, come all, bring your beverage of choice and let’s paint&sip the night away.

Important Information

I would call this the FAQs, but this is a new experience so there aren’t any frequently asked questions, so bear with me as I try and list some important information.

Age restrictions : At this time, I would prefer to keep these events 21+ due to my use of profanity. If you have been in my shop or simply in my general vicinity, you know I have quite the sailor’s mouth. Also, this is a paint and sip. We all know what kind of beverages most of us will be sipping.

BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) and respect the sips. Please drink responsibly if you’re enjoying an adult beverage. 😌

Do you have to drink? Absolutely not. Well, you don’t have to consume adult beverages. You can bring any beverage you want, so bring your boba, coffee, juice, kool aid, water, whatever you want. The goal is to just paint and have fun along some cool people.

Check yo’self before you wreck yo’self : Please respect the personal space of your fellow painters and keep conversations at a moderate volume to avoid disrupting others. Class clowns will be removed. The goal is to have fun, so don’t be an ass.

Location : event will be held in the space next door to my shop. Please keep in mind it’s not in it’s best shape. My original plan was to expand my shop into the unit but considering how the world is right now, I don’t want to risk expansions and then failure. I have seen so many shops closing, artist quitting and it sends my brain spiraling into overthinking. So for now, we’re hosting events in the space.

How long are the classes? I have no idea, these classes are to help me figure out timing as well. Some paintings may take longer, and some pay be quicker. My goal is 2-2.5 hours so please plan accordingly.
